Nader Enterprises knows Real Estate. Through the company’s different subsidiaries, we acquire, remodel, lease, sell, manage, finance and develop different types of properties throughout the Dominican Republic. Our portfolio is currently comprised of a land bank of strategically located properties in select tourist destinations, residential and commercial properties around the country, commercial and retail developments in Santo Domingo and timberlands in San Pedro de Macorís. We are constantly seeking investment opportunities to continue growing our diversified portfolio of real estate investments and projects; always balancing by project type, sector and risk profile.

We are Entrepreneurs that believe in developing more Entrepreneurs in the Dominican Republic. We want to help other entrepreneurs build great companies and are constantly looking for people that are passionate about solving significant problems and market needs.

Through our subsidiaries, we are actively seeking investment opportunities in technology-based companies and startups that are innovative, forward-looking and have the potential to grow exponentially out of the Dominican Republic, we invest in traditional operating companies in the form of asset-backed lending and provide a platform for other investors to participate in the different business opportunities we identify.

Access to funding is one of the main challenges for small and medium companies and we believe that we can make a difference by providing capital and expertise to these entrepreneurs and companies. We always ask for business plans but we invest in people.

The industrial sector is of great interest to Nader Enterprises. We currently own two operating companies with the intention of continuing to grow our portfolio through acquisitions of established companies.

Through our subsidiaries, we produce and promote select concerts and private events in the Dominican Republic and book artists for other countries.

Nader Enterprises knows when there is a need in the market in the Dominican Republic for select products and services. We also know what foreign investors require when they decide to invest in our country. Therefore, we created an effective, efficient and comprehensive representation and project management company that substitutes a local office for these foreign companies who are interested in offering their products and services and investing in the country.

Nader Projects assists clients from start to finish in the endeavor of establishing a new business or developing projects in the country, including, but not limited to, securing local suppliers and service providers, legal and financial due diligence, tax structuring, deal origination and follow through, licenses and permits, public relations and marketing, networking, back office and administrative work, among other areas of support.
